When I Grow Up

As you can see form the button on th side of my blog I have signed up for Shimelles new class, when i grow up. Shimelle has challenged us to talk to others about this subject. Today at work I was asking friends and colleauges if what were is was what they had wanted to be. The admin staffs wanted to be a medic and an archeologist, the social workers wanted to be a comercial artist and medic (work with blood to be precise) The nurses wanted to be a physiotherapist and a helicopter pilot (too tall) and me well I wanted to be a nun until later on when I wanted to be a bride and realised the two just didn't mix. None of us are what we thought we would be. If your reading this I'd love it if you left a comment about what you wanted to be when you grew up, I'd love to know whether any of you are what you have always wanted to be.

Hmm I really wanted to be a teacher or barrister and my best friend wanted to be a police officer. I thought she was crazy but her brother was in the police. So what happened.....I ended up joining the police! I suppose it is a bit like being a teacher when you tell people what to do and tell them off and kind of like a barrister as you have to know the Law. Weird how things turn out isn't it???

I think that's so funny that you wanted to be a nun and a bride! (It's sort of a Mary complex...)

I finished up working in a school - though not as the teacher I once wanted to be. Lots more on my blog.
